RETURNING ITEMS PURCHASED AT READERS.IN
We want you to be happy with your purchase from readers.in. You may exchange or return most merchandise for a full refund, less shipping charges, based on the original form of payment, within 7 days of purchase.
The Return Policy Applies as per the Following Terms and Conditions Only
- The Shipment received should not be opened and the seals should not be broken, any open package received as the return will be sent back.
- The Return Policy does not work on Technology products, inks(Cartridges and Ribbons) and Corporate Gifting, we request Customer to kindly recheck the product you want to order in terms of its descriptions and specifications, via chat line, Email or Phone.
- Return Policy is subject to the jurisdiction of Hyderabad Only.
- The Images are illustrative in Nature, the Packaging may vary and change from Time to time, please purchase the product on the basis of Name, Description and specifications. We do try our best to make the right image of the product available from Time to time, however, there is always a scope of error, No product is covered under return or exchange policy just because the product is not matching the Image on the Site, as the images Keep changing timely.
In the case of an exchange, shipping for the new item will be free of charge. (However, we do not refund return shipping charges, unless we made an error.)
YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE OPTIONS
Return readers.in items by mail
Please call customer service for an authorization number and instructions on any return. Unauthorized returns will not be received.
- Complete the Return Form, indicating item(s) being returned and reason(s).
- Securely pack your merchandise with the invoice.
- Ship the package through reputed shipping Carrier.
- We'll process your return within 10 days of receipt, though it will take longer to appear on your statement. If you provided an email address, we'll notify you via email when your exchange has been received and processed.
For goods bought on readers.in, we will refund the money the way the payment was made. If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the amount to Credit Card or Net-Banking account. If the payment mode was Cheque or DD, we will send you a cheque. Cheques will be sent to the billing address of the customer.
